Why a home studio?

We didn’t set out to build a fitness brand. We set out to teach well — and that shaped everything about the space we chose.

Our home studio is simple on purpose. No mirrors demanding your attention, no front desk, no class of forty where the teacher never sees you. Just a clean, functional room with greenery around it — the kind of space where it’s easy to arrive, settle, and focus on the practice rather than the surroundings.

And it’s comfortable for everyone. Whether you’re 20 or 70, in your first class or your 500th, the space asks nothing of you except that you show up. The classes stay small enough that your teacher notices when your breathing changes, not just when your posture does — which is how these practices were always taught: in small circles, with the teacher close enough to correct, encourage, and adapt to the person in front of them.
