What it is

Gentle strengthening, stretching, breathing and relaxation, all adapted for pregnancy. Postures that don’t suit pregnancy are modified or left out, and Juliana adjusts the class to where each student is.

Who it’s for

Expectant mothers, whether or not you’ve done yoga before. Check with your doctor or midwife before your first class. Tell Juliana how many weeks along you are, and about anything she should know.
